TAIC has been designed with the aim of offering a finished product, starting directly from the reconditioned raw material and using a single machine and a single work cycle.
Performing the operations of cutting, mixing, sautéing, cooking under pressure or vacuum-packed, homogenizing, concentrating and cooling the product with a single work cycle, before sending it directly to the packaging phase.
